Our team performed engineering and surveying services for the relocation of a petroleum pipeline along IH 820 at Anderson Road in Haltom City, Texas. Our scope of services included topographic and right-of-way surveying, identifying and resolving utility conflicts, engineering plans for open cut construction and direction drilling, as-built survey and detailed record drawings.

Prior to joining LJB Engineering, Grantham & Associates provided site civil design for installing two new 133-foot diameter storage tanks, including construction inspection and certifications for the containment dike and driveway connections. Services included site grading and drainage design, utilities, and roadway design, structural foundation design, and a post-construction containment dike volume report.
